Angie Nga Le
Postdoctoral Associate
Angie Nga Le is a postdoctoral associate at the New Jersey State Policy Lab. She received her Ph.D. degree in Public Affairs from Florida International University, a master’s degree in Development Policy from the KDI School of Public Policy and Management, and a master’s degree in Public Management and Economics from Université Libre de Bruxelles. Her recent research concentrates on the impact of government-funded programs on local governments’ behaviors and local public services. Dr. Le’s research includes topics such as intergovernmental grant policy, fiscal federalism, public school finance, and energy subsidy policy. Dr. Le worked as a researcher or managing officer for public agencies and non-profit organizations for over ten years. She has received several awards, including Diverse’s 2022 Rising Graduate Scholars and the Akira Nakamura Award for Best Paper at the 2020 Asian Association for Public Administration Conference.
