Eric Seymour

Eric Seymour is an Assistant Professor in the Urban Planning and Policy Development Program at the Bloustein School. His research focuses on housing policy and changes in housing markets since the foreclosure crisis of the 2000s. A major stream of this research focuses on the financialization of housing and growing corporate ownership. His work on the relationship between corporate ownership and housing insecurity and eviction in Detroit and Las Vegas appears in Housing Policy Debate and Urban Affairs Review, and Urban Geography.
