Christopher Gomes
Summer Intern

Christopher Gomes is an undergraduate student at Rutgers University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. He will further his education by pursuing his Master of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology upon completion of his undergraduate degree. Growing up in a low-income neighborhood allowed Christopher to witness the social determinants of healthcare that affect impoverished communities. His aim is to use research to solve public health issues across New Jersey, such as affordable healthcare, infection control, and access to health education.
