Vishal Trehan is a first-year doctoral student at the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA), Rutgers University. His research focuses on improving governance and decision-making through the use of information and communications technology. Vishal’s previous experience includes working as a research fellow at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy in India and as a consultant in the information technology services sector. He holds a master’s degree in Regulatory Governance from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
