Today, we’re releasing our report, Cannabis Legalization: A Baseline Study, as part of a project led by Dr. Charles Menifield, one of the New Jersey State Policy Lab’s Co-Principal Investigators. This report explores education, health, and law enforcement outcomes associated with the legalization of marijuana, and urges policymakers to examine these data and create protocols to minimize potential negative impacts.
