Xiao Liang

Xiao Liang is currently a student in the Master of Public Affairs/Community Development program at Rutgers-Camden. Her research interests focus on education policy. By analyzing different education policies, Xiao aims to shed light on the factors contributing to students’ educational success or failure in New Jersey and advocate for policies that enhance learning outcomes and narrow the educational attainment gap. She holds a B.A. in English from Northeastern University (China) and a Master of International Relations from Monash University.
