Annual Reports

The New Jersey State Policy Lab formally began in April 2021 after a competitive grant process from the NJ Office of the Secretary of Higher Education to establish a public policy research center within the state. In the years since, we have published more than dozens of reports and hundreds of blogs in areas as diverse as transportation, education, health, and housing, as well as many others. Our research has regularly been cited in the press and utilized to inform various pieces of legislation and policy development, and we have collaborated with researchers on all three Rutgers campuses along with several other universities and institutions within the Garden State. 

The following annual reports represent a mere snapshot of the wealth of work, research, and collaboration we have accomplished collectively. We would like to sincerely thank all those who have supported and contributed to our crucial body of work. Together, we are making a difference in New Jersey.
