Beauty Okunbor
Summer Intern
Beauty Okunbor is a Public Policy and Public Informatics graduate student at Rutgers University-New Brunswick specializing in Educational AI and Social Policy. Her research this summer will focus on increasing the AI literacy rate among teachers in K-12 education. Beauty is an Eagleton Graduate Fellow and one of the 40 Public Policy New Voices (PPNV) Fellows at Globally.
Her professional experience includes roles at institutions such as the New Jersey Senate Majority Office, where she served as a Policy Intern, and the Capital Research Center in Washington DC, where she worked as a Research and Communications Intern, resulting in a published article on the risks of identity politics. As a Grading Assistant at Rutgers University, she contributes to undergraduate education by grading assignments and providing academic mentoring.
