Luc Chapeau is an undergraduate student at Rutgers-New Brunswick, pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Public Health. As someone who is passionate about physical activity and has been active his entire life through high-level competitive sports, he has personally witnessed the effects that physical activity can have on one’s mental and physical health. He is currently a senior trip leader with the Outdoor Recreation Department at Rutgers, striving to share his passion for physical activity and outdoor spaces with his fellow students. At the New Jersey State Policy Lab, Luc’s research focuses on the effects that a lack of exercise has on adolescents, looking at how the school system can help play a part.
