Daniel Fairman is a graduate student pursuing a Master of City and Regional Planning at Rutgers University. He is interested in working with communities and empowering them to become active participants in shaping their cities through collective ownership structures, such as shared equity housing, cooperatives, community land trusts, and community banks.
