Dr. Kelcie Ralph

Dr. Kelcie Ralph is an Associate Professor of Transportation Planning and Policy at the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers. She earned her PhD at UCLA, a MPhil in Environmental Policy at Cambridge, a MSc from the London School of Economics, and a BA from the University of Alaska. In her research, Dr. Ralph works to identify and correct common misconceptions about travel behavior and safety to improve transportation planning outcomes. She has published 24 peer-reviewed articles in highly ranked journals including the Journal of the American Planning Association, the Journal of Planning Education and Research, Transportation, and Transportation Research Part A.
