Sophia Fox-Dichter

Sophia Fox-Dichter (she/her) is a Ph.D. student in the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy. She focuses her research on rental housing and social safety net policies. Prior to joining the Bloustein School she received a master’s in social work with a concentration in social and economic development and a specialization in research, after which she worked as a research project coordinator and data analyst. She also served as an AmeriCorps fellow specializing in SNAP enrollment and public benefits navigation. She has a love for both quantitative and qualitative methods along with teaching. When not doing research, she enjoys knitting and sewing her clothing.
