Sanford M. Jaffe

Sanford M. Jaffe is a co-founder the Center for Negotiation and Conflict Resolution and serves as a Policy Fellow at the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University. Previously, officer in charge of the Government and Law Program at the Ford Foundation, he directed its program in legal education and dispute resolution for a number of years. A graduate of Harvard Law School, he is the author of several publications in the fields of dispute resolution, public interest law and legal education.
Primary areas of interest include collaboration and cooperation, the effective, lasting implementation of decisions in public policy and planning domains, negotiation and the intricacies of decision-making.
