Saarah Haqq is a graduate student pursuing her Master of Public Health in Health Systems and Policy at the Rutgers School of Public Health in Piscataway. She also holds a bachelor of science in Public Health Science from the University of Maryland. Her research interests include housing insecurity, aging in the legal system, and access to insurance and medical care. This summer she plans to research all of the factors that encompass and contribute to the risk of youth and adult homelessness in New Jersey.
