Jinah Yoo
Undergraduate Research Assistant

Jinah Yoo is a PhD student at the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Rutgers University–Newark. Her research interests are centered around performance management, especially performance measurement, feedback, perceived performance, and accountable public service delivery. Her previous experiences include working as a research assistant at the Korea Institute of Public Administration, Seoul National University’s Center for Organization Diagnosis & Evaluation, Seoul National University’s Knowledge Center for Public Administration and Policy, and as a research intern at the National Assembly Budget Office in South Korea. She holds a master’s degree in public administration from Seoul National University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Ewha Womans University.
